Olay Total Effects Foaming Cleanser Review

Olay Total Effects Foaming Cleanser Review

This review has been long pending. I started writing the review almost two months ago and abandoned it in the middle. I dont remember why? Today I step into a new year of my life so what can be a better way to start the new year than finishing unfinished things ;) So here is my review of Olay Total Effects Foaming Cleanser. Keep reading :)

Olay Total Effects Foaming Cleanser

I dont remove makeup with a face wash and neither do I suggest doing so as washing the face with a full face makeup might create an illusion that it has removed makeup but when you run a makeup wipe afterwards, you would still find traces of foundation (tried & tested). I know there are exceptions to this and but this face cleanser isn’t one of them. The cleanser justifies its name and creates a lavish foam while washing the face. But most of the foaming face washes dries out the skin making it produce even more oil later, it pretty much maintains the skin type. What I mean is it does not destabilise the oil production of skin making it suitable for normal to combination skinned women :) It effectively removes dirt and excess oil making skin feel clean and fresh. It never broke me out or caused any reactions. It also has subtle scent which I like. I totally hate heavily perfumed skincare or hair care or makeup products. If I want to smell good, I will buy a perfume. As simple as that!

Pros: –
1. Affordable.
2. Doesn’t upset skin type so appropriate for normal to combi skinned ladies.
3. Foams well.
4. Subtly scented.
5. Travel friendly.

Cons: –
1. Not fit for dry skinned girls as it is not moisturizing enough.

It is a nice option for affordable daily use face wash.

God Bless!
